- Record all financial transactions (income, expenses, invoices, purchases) in Zoho Books.- Prepare accurate weekly reports including:
Revenue and income
Expenses and costs
General financial overview
Warnings or improvement suggestions- Coordinate directly with the partner and general manager.- Archive and maintain financial documents and invoices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Zoho Books (mandatory).- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting.- Strong skills in financial reporting and analysis.- Highly organized, confidential, and punctual.- Preferably with VAT and Corporate Tax knowledge.
