Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting for multiple group companies.
Handle
cash reconciliation
and ensure accuracy in large-scale financial transactions.
Prepare and reconcile
customer invoices
.
Monitor and follow up on
accounts receivable
to ensure timely collections.
Track and manage
accounts payable
, ensuring accuracy and on-time payments.
Maintain detailed financial records, ledgers, and reporting systems.
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
Provide management with clear financial reports and analysis.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
3+ years of accounting experience
, preferably in handling
cash and large accounts
.
Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Tally, or similar).
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple accounts efficiently.
