Job Description
A leading real estate development company in Abu Dhabi is looking for a Male Emirati Accountant to join their team.
Requirements
UAE National (Preferably from Abu Dhabi)
Gender \xe2\x80\x93 Male
Candidates should be Specialized in Accounting
Work experience \xe2\x80\x93 1 to 3 years (Preferably with Bank and Private Sector background)
Candidate who possess 1 to 2 years experience with Accounts receivable working background exposure will also be considered for this position.
ERP and Oracle system knowledge will be added qualification (Preferred)
Key Accountabilities
Reviews and reconciles value income from lease of land and building with the amount of given by the lessee and maintains records of payments. Prepares and follow ups on Lease Agreement invoice preparation to ensure timely payment.
Verifies and resolves all discrepancies identified in revenue reconciliations and issues in customer claims.
Determines the amount of interest income based on short term deposit receipt/ confirmations from the bank. Reconciles the amount credited in the bank statement and prepares the Journal Voucher to record the interest income.
Facilitates bank deposits, posts credit memos and updates customer accounts.
Manages and verifies accuracy of dividends received from Investee Company, records the document in the Journal
Salary: AED 18,000 to 25,000 (Depending upon experience)
