to manage the financial operations of our vehicle import and export trading company. The ideal candidate will handle daily accounting tasks, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily accounting operations (AP, AR, GL).
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Handle bank reconciliations and cash flow management.
Monitor import/export transactions and related costing.
Maintain accurate records of vehicle purchases, sales, and inventory.
Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards.
Process VAT filings and maintain tax documentation.
Support management with budgeting and financial analysis.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
4-6 years of accounting experience (automotive or trading preferred).
Strong knowledge of VAT and UAE financial regulations.
Proficient in accounting software (Tally/QuickBooks/ERP).
Good communication and analytical skills.
