Accountant Job description

Daily bank reconciliation: manage the bank accounts with various banks on daily basis, have overall control over them, manage both deposits and payments and reconcile them on daily basis to the ERP as well as the sales/payment reports
Maintain a record of all payments and expenses, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, and so on, and do the follow-up
Post receipt vouchers as required
Post sales and purchase invoices
Prepare sales report and accounts receivable report
Calculate and post accrual and unearned revenue
Calculate and post depreciation
Prepare financial statements, forecast costs and revenues, manage tax payments, organize internal audits, monitor accounting discrepancies, conduct risk analyses, and perform month-end and year-end close processes
Follow up about TAX matters with the group\xe2\x80\x99s tax consultants in UAE & Jordan.
Visit the farms as required, and do the livestock costing and reevaluation
Calculate and verify animal feeds production cost and revenue
Mange intercompany Accounts Reconciliation.
Supervise and ensure accuracy on monthly Cash flow projection
