Job Description

- Five PM Real Estate - select and buy highly profitable real estate in Dubai;
- Stone Tree Vacation Homes - rent properties and provide property management services to owners and investors;
- ST Technical Service - care for all the processes appearing during the process of working with the apartment.
- Preparing monthly and annual accounts;
- Corporate document maintenance;
- Projecting cost calculations;
- Liaising with auditors;
- Processing employee expenses;
- Costing for projects;
- Data gathering;
- Receiving and storing invoices;
- Using digital systems to keep records and create payments;
- Preparing and posting journals;
- Logging daily entries in accordance with accounting policy.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Accounting;
- Proven experience in the same field 2 years. Dubai experience in real estate is an advantage;
- Level of English B2 and higher;
- Motivated candidate with ability of work in fast environment ;
- Experienced computer user and MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Experience in 1C 8.3 programs
- Knowledge of all areas of the accounting and taxation principles
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Accounting: 3 years (Required)

- Tagalog (Required)
