Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
Conduct regular financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
Prepare tax filings and liaise with auditors and tax authorities as needed.
Assist in preparing financial reports for management review.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the construction industry.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
