Role Summary

Ensure the proper functioning of the supplier accounting ( AP ) & Securing company resources while meeting payment deadlines

Key Responsibilities

The main responsibilites of the Payables Accountant are spread out as follows : Complete and regular maintenance and updating of the accounts payable Entry of daily accounting and analytical entries in accordance with the rules internal procedures and the local laws Periodic Review of Accounts Payment suppliers execution Accounting Follow-up of supplier payments and cash receipts Monthly, Quarterly and annual closing and reporting of books Regular filing and archiving of accounting documents Monitoring of compliance with the procedure Preparation of monthly and annual reports ( CMR,SOX )

Key Qualifications/Requirements

Master's degree in tax, accounting, finance or similar fields 4 Years of desirable experience in automotive industry Experience in accounting payable Language Proficiency in English and French Master Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Excel.. Prior experience of working with SAP FI CO and SAGE High attention to details, organized, planning and process oriented
