Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Talent Acquisition Specialist

to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the evolving needs of our organization. You will play a critical role in building a strong employer brand and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define job requirements. Create and post job descriptions on various platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, internal job boards, etc.). Source candidates using databases, social media, networking, and employee referrals. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain and manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate records. Provide regular updates to hiring managers and HR leadership on recruitment progress. Participate in job fairs, career events, and other talent attraction initiatives. Assist in employer branding activities to attract high-quality candidates. Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or a related HR function. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple open roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.).
