Junior Accountant (own Visa) Al Ain

Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accountant to support the finance team with daily accounting operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, assisting in audits, and ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recording day-to-day financial transactions in accounting software (ERP/Tally/QuickBooks). Prepare journal entries, reconcile bank statements, and handle accounts payable/receivable. Support month-end and year-end closing processes. Maintain proper documentation of invoices, receipts, and payments. Assist in preparing VAT returns and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations. Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments for payment follow-ups. Support senior accountants in audits and financial reporting. Generate financial statements, reports, and expense analyses as required. Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity of financial data.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED3,000.00 per month
