We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Accountant
with experience in office administration to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting tasks including bookkeeping, invoicing, payments, reconciliations, and petty cash handling.
Assist in preparation of financial reports, tax filing, and maintaining accurate records.
Handle bank transactions and ensure timely recording of financial activities.
Support front desk operations: greet visitors, answer calls, and direct inquiries appropriately.
Maintain and archive official company documents, both physical and digital, in an organized and secure manner.
Compose and manage professional business correspondence and reports related to accounting and office activities.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and accurate task handovers.
Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement as needed.
Contribute to improving accounting and administrative processes to enhance efficiency.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and hands-on experience in accounting tasks.
Proficiency in
MS Excel / Google Sheets
is a must; experience with ODOO ERP is a plus.
Previous experience in office administration or front desk operations is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and anticipate team needs.
Professional demeanor with a customer-oriented approach.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
Nice to Have:
Prior experience in a training institute, education sector, or e-commerce organization.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
