We are looking for someone

-- not someone who only waits for instructions. You will be responsible for keeping our accounts 100% accurate, ensuring compliance, and providing management with clear financial reports and advice.
Key Responsibilities
Full accounting for multiple companies (general ledger, AR/AP, bank reconciliation)
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports
Manage
VAT filing, tax compliance, and submissions
on time
Handle payroll, gratuity, and employee settlements
Maintain proper documentation for audits and government inspections
Work closely with management to control expenses, improve profitability, and forecast cash flow
Coordinate with external auditors, suppliers, and government portals (MOHRE, FTA, etc.)
Implement internal controls to prevent mistakes, fraud, and financial risks
Requirements
Proven UAE accounting experience (minimum 3-5 years)
Strong knowledge of VAT, UAE tax regulations, and compliance
Proficiency with accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or similar)
Excellent Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, reporting)
Strong communication skills (English required, Arabic/Russian is a plus)
Must be based in Dubai and available for full-time work
