About the Company
Realiste is an AI-powered real estate platform that helps investors discover high-yield property opportunities in the UAE.We are seeking a Lawyer with strong knowledge of UAE legislation and Arabic language skills to handle legal matters related to real estate and corporate transactions.Key Responsibilities
Advise on UAE property laws, ownership structures, and regulatory requirements. Prepare and process legal documentation for property registration, transfers, and compliance. Monitor legal and regulatory changes in the UAE and adjust company processes accordingly. Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation meets legal standards.
Qualifications
3-5 years of legal experience in the UAE (real estate law preferred). Fluent in Arabic and English (both spoken and written). Solid understanding of UAE property laws, RERA regulations, and contract law. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
