Job Summary
The Company Driver is responsible for the safe, timely, and efficient transportation of company personnel, documents, and goods, ensuring all company and traffic regulations are strictly adhered to. This role is crucial in supporting the daily operational needs of the trading company.
Key Responsibilities
Safely transport executives, staff, clients, and/or documents and products to and from specified destinations.
Ensure the company vehicle is always clean, well-maintained, and in excellent working condition.
Schedule and oversee regular maintenance, servicing, and necessary repairs.
Maintain an accurate logbook of all trips, fuel consumption, and maintenance records.
Logistics
Assist with the loading and unloading of goods or documents when necessary.
Ensure the secure and safe delivery of all items.
Handle sensitive company documents and packages with discretion and confidentiality.
Adhere to all local traffic laws, company policies, and safety standards at all times.
Assist with basic office errands and tasks as needed, such as mailing, bank deposits, and procuring supplies.
Required Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Valid UAE Driving Licence for the class of light-duty company vehicle.
Minimum of 3 years of professional driving experience, preferably within a corporate or trading company environment.
A clean driving record (abstract/report required upon application).
