Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

Preparation of Sales Reports, Expense Reports, Customers Aging, Vendor Aging, Statement of Financial Performance, Statement of Financial Position, Cash Flows (Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annual & Annual) as per requirement Cost Accounting and Financial Management Financial Planning and Budgeting VAT preparation & filling Preparation of Audit Requirements Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions Meet financial accounting objectives Maintain physical files and records to document transactions Prepares payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements Maintain financial security by following internal controls Protects operations by keeping financial information confidential Managing the petty cash with their issuance and receipts Data Entry of Vouchers (Receipts, Journal Vouchers, Payment Vouchers etc.) Prepayments & Accruals etc.
Requirements

Knowledge of Cost Accounting UAE VAT Procedures Experience in managing muliple trade licenses in the field of Manufacturing and Trading sector Import and Export Procedures Knowledge of arithmetic and their applications Strong organization skills and ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment Excellent communication skills, written and verbal with the ability to clearly communicate issues to all levels of management Be able to demonstrate attention to details and good record keeping Ability to apply accounting principles and procedures to work assignments Excellent knowledge on Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Dynamic AX (ERP) Time management

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Education:

Master's (Preferred)
Experience:

UAE Accounting, Costing & VAT in Manufacturing sector: 4 years (Preferred)
