Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

Senior Accountant

to join our finance team in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role will focus on financial reporting, cost accounting, VAT compliance, and audit coordination. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of manufacturing processes and the financial practices that support them.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings and reporting. Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions in compliance with accounting standards. Maintain and analyze manufacturing cost structures including raw materials, WIP, and finished goods. Monitor and reconcile inventory accounts in coordination with production and warehouse teams. Prepare and submit VAT filings in line with statutory requirements. Support internal and external audits by preparing accurate reconciliations and documentation. Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes, analyzing variances between actual and projected performance. Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies. Provide financial insights to management to support operational efficiency and cost control.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification is an advantage. Minimum of

5 years of experience

in accounting, with

at least 2-3 years in a manufacturing environment

. Strong knowledge of

cost accounting, inventory management, and VAT regulations

. Experience using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar). Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools. Familiarity with IFRS or local GAAP. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and production teams.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
