Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Process payroll, including calculating wages, withholding taxes, and issuing paychecks.
  • Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and vacation time.
  • Administer employee relations, including handling employee complaints and resolving disputes.
  • Provide support to other departments, as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in accounting and/or human resources.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
  • Experience with human resources software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail.
