. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily financial transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring accuracy in all financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage general ledger entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Reconcile bank statements and monthly financial reports.
Process invoices, payments, and expense claims.
Prepare balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and financial summaries.
Monitor daily revenue, occupancy reports, and cost control for hospitality operations.
Ensure compliance with company financial policies and external regulations.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors when required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years experience in the hospitality industry
(hotel/resort/restaurant).
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in accounting systems (e.g.,
QuickBooks, Tally, Oracle, SAP, or hotel PMS systems
).
Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure.
Professional communication and teamwork skills.
