About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

Accountant

with strong expertise in

Tally

and

Payroll processing

, preferably with prior experience in the

Construction industry

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounts, handling payroll operations, and ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally ERP Handle payroll processing, including statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.) Prepare and maintain financial reports, ledgers, and statements Manage GST, TDS, and other taxation activities Monitor accounts receivable and payable Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and audit processes Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls Coordinate with project teams for job costing and expense management

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field 3+ years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the construction industry Proficiency in

Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime

Strong knowledge of

Payroll processing & statutory compliance

Good understanding of GST, TDS, and other financial regulations Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in construction or infrastructure sectors Working knowledge of project cost monitoring and billing
