Job Description

The Role

Capable of handling the A to Z of accounting operations including, but not limited to, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, cash flow management, and internal controls alongside our existing accountant. o Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations. o Ensure accurate payroll processing and employee reimbursements. o Maintain internal financial controls and accounting systems. o Support management by providing insights into financial processes and improving efficiencies. o Liaise with external financial institutions for day-to-day financial matters. o Collaborate with external auditors for monthly and annual audit processes



Requirements

3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in export/import or trade-related industries. o Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations. o Ensure accurate payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
