Accountant

to manage our daily financial operations and support management with accurate financial reporting.



We are seeking an experienced

Accountant

to handle day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, and ensure compliance with UAE regulations. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple financial tasks independently.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate books of accounts (AP, AR, General Ledger) Prepare and record invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries Handle supplier payments, client follow-ups, and bank reconciliations Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Manage petty cash and expense tracking Coordinate with auditors and support audit requirements Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations Prepare VAT returns and related documentation Assist management with budgeting, cash flow, and cost control Maintain proper filing of financial documents and contracts Support HR/payroll coordination if required
Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Minimum

1-2 years of accounting experience

(UAE experience preferred) Strong knowledge of UAE VAT laws and accounting standards Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho, or similar) Good command of

MS Excel

Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Good communication and coordination skills
