, and the selected candidate will be required to reside at the farmhouse and handle day-to-day accounts, expenses, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily bookkeeping and accounting records
Handle petty cash, payments, and expense tracking
Prepare monthly and periodic financial reports
Monitor budgets and control costs related to farmhouse operations
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and service providers for payments
Maintain inventory records for farmhouse supplies and materials
Ensure compliance with internal accounting procedures
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
2-3 years of experience in accounting
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting software
Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and integrity
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Willingness to live and work at the farmhouse (mandatory)
Candidates currently in Qatar with transferable visa preferred
