Job Description

We are looking for an organized Accountant to manage the financial bookkeeping of our company. We are a Road Contractor and looking for a Accountant for our Finance Department. (Emirati National Only)

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. At least 2 years of accounting/finance experience (Construction Field) Demonstrate intermediate to advanced skills and knowledge of Excel, as well as other Microsoft Office applications. Experience with accounting software. (TALLY) Experience with creating financial statements.

- Oversee daily financial transactions, including meticulous monitoring of garage/workshop in and out transactions.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial activities related to the road contracting operations.

- Follow up on all security checks, bank guarantee, and oversee necessary arrangements and procedures.

- Prepare detailed financial statements and reports for both internal and external stakeholders to provide insights into the company's financial health.

- Ensure strict compliance with accounting principles and industry regulations.

- Collaborate closely with the HR department on financial matters related to personnel, fostering seamless coordination.

- Handle payroll processes efficiently, working collaboratively with HR for streamlined onboarding and off boarding procedures.

- Collaborate with the HR department to manage employee benefits, contributing to the overall financial well-being of the workforce.

- Monitor and analyze project budgets, offering real-time insights to optimize resource allocation and enhance cost-efficiency.

- Conduct thorough tax preparation and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, especially those pertaining to HR and finance.

- Assist in financial audits, working collaboratively with the HR department to ensure accuracy and transparency in financial reporting.

- Play a key role in contributing to the overall financial health of the company through proactive collaboration with the HR department.

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
