Job Title: Junior Accountant (Emirati Talent)

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team in Dubai. This role is exclusively open to UAE Nationals (Emirati talent) as part of our commitment to national workforce development. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day financial transactions, assist with account reconciliations, and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
Process journal entries and maintain general ledgers.
Support month-end and year-end close processes.
Reconcile bank statements and supplier accounts.
Handle accounts payable and receivable activities.
Assist with VAT filings and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.
Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
02 years of experience in accounting or finance (fresh graduates are welcome).
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and UAE tax regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
Internship or previous experience in an accounting or finance department.
Knowledge of VAT and compliance requirements in the UAE.
Fluency in Arabic and English is a plus.
