The Role

• Documents financial transactions by entering account information. \xe2\x80\xa2 Preparing Shipping documents. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of Inventory/Stock management & reconciliation \xe2\x80\xa2 Preparing vouchers, invoice, P/O\'s, cheques. \xe2\x80\xa2 Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports. \xe2\x80\xa2 Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures. \xe2\x80\xa2 Bank Reconciliation \xe2\x80\xa2 Complete knowledge of payment instruments (LC/T/T) \xe2\x80\xa2 Work closely with Accounts Manager + Management for any accounts related works. \xe2\x80\xa2 Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information. \xe2\x80\xa2 Works on accounting software present and being used by the firm. \xe2\x80\xa2 Working with the firm\'s banks to obtain and reconcile sensitive information. \xe2\x80\xa2 Complete knowledge & experience of VAT filling \xe2\x80\xa2 Complete knowledge & experience of internal & external Audit

Requirements

• Proficient in Accounting softwares & all key concepts. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in Auditing/VAT filing \xe2\x80\xa2 Attention To Detail: You must pay attention to every penny, and make sure everything is in order. \xe2\x80\xa2 Computer Skills: Much of your job will be done on computers, inputting spreadsheets, documents and reports. \xe2\x80\xa2 Math Skills: Accountants do math, plain and simple. \xe2\x80\xa2 You will need to be comfortable with basic math skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Analytical Skills: You will be looking at complex numbers and trying to find disparities, cost-saving areas and new solutions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Communication Skills: You will need good listening and communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Organizational Skills: Be very neat and clean and know how to organize your documents
