Accountant

with a strong background in

account reconciliation

and

E-Commerce finance

to join our dynamic finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation of payments, refunds, and settlements across multiple E-Commerce platforms and payment gateways. Investigate and resolve discrepancies in transactions and financial records. Coordinate with operations, customer service, and external payment providers to resolve reconciliation issues. Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with UAE accounting standards. Assist in monthly closing processes and support external audits as required. Prepare and maintain various financial reports and summaries related to revenue, receivables, and payment gateways. Monitor and manage chargebacks, disputes, and returns.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in the UAE

in a similar reconciliation/accounting role within the

E-Commerce industry

. Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, reconciliation processes, and payment systems. Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.). Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and handle large volumes of data accurately. Strong organizational and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Zoho, QuickBooks, or SAP). Familiarity with UAE VAT regulations. Knowledge of major E-Commerce platforms.
