Key Responsibilities:
Accounting Duties:
Maintain daily financial records and general ledger entries
Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and on time
Prepare monthly financial statements and cash flow reports
Handle bank reconciliations and petty cash
Assist with tax filing, GST, and statutory compliance
Support audit processes and ensure financial accuracy
Sales Duties:
Identify potential clients and generate leads through calls, emails, or site visits
Present company products/services and convert leads into sales
Maintain relationships with existing clients and upsell where possible
Track sales targets and prepare performance reports
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer solutions
Attend industry events or client meetings as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business, or related field
1-3 years of experience in accounting and/or sales
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
