We are currently seeking a Sales Coordinator cum Accountant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in managing customer communications, processing sales orders, and supporting accounting functions within our ERP system.
Key Responsibilities:
-Make follow-up calls to customers for order confirmations and payment reminders
-Enter and manage sales orders in ERP software accurately
-Record payment receipts and update client account records
-Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
-Assist with basic accounting duties including invoice preparation, data entry, and reconciliations
-Prepare daily and weekly sales/payment reports for management
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Preferred Native Hindi Speakers
Female candidate preferred with Spouse Visa
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of accounting; degree in commerce/accounting is mandatory
