Must hold VAT knowledge & experience
Manage all accounting transactions
Publish financial statements in time
Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
Ensure timely bank payments
Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
Report on the company's financial health and liquidity
Audit financial transactions and documents
Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
Comply with financial policies and regulations
Expert user for TALLY PRIME & ERP.
Sales and Marketing:
Generate leads and develop new business opportunities by identifying potential suppliers and buyers.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and suppliers, acting as a primary point of contact for their needs and inquiries.
Negotiate sales deals, pricing, and contracts to meet or exceed sales targets and improve profitability.
Conduct market research to identify trends in prices, competitor activities, and potential sales opportunities.
Assist in developing marketing strategies and promotional activities to increase brand awareness in the industry.
