Job Description
Responsible For - 1. Regularly following up on receivable and communicate with vendors, suppliers and customers and any third parties and computing their financial statements at all times. 2. PDC handling 3. Monthly WPS 4. identifying and implementing new software 5. Finance budgeting 6. Sales monitoring 7. Inventory management (fast/ slow moving items) \xe2\x80\x93 check and control damages and shortages 8. Dealing with banks, if required deal with banks for banking facilities 9. Ensure sufficient funds are available to meet all obligations. 10. Closing yearly audits on time. 11. Liaising with all internal departments and persons and supporting and fulfilling their requirements 12. Structure entire accounting and business processes 13. Responsible to train and monitor accounts and other employees 14. Implement Internal control policies and procedures and make sure its well followed 15. Periodic visits to all locations and checking all processes, cash balances, inventory. 16. Providing all kinds of financial reports, business analysis, internal audit reports, MIS reports, Cash flow management reports, inventory reports, etc. on daily, weekly, monthly, yearly basis. 17. Suggest improvements 18. Team building \xe2\x80\x93 identifying gap and filling with appropriate persons 19. Hiring new staff 20. Digitalizing inventory and sales channels All other works which is required for the benefit of company Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED1,500.00 per month
