Job type: Full-time Salary: AED 4000 - 5000 depends on the experience. **Qualifications** Must be ARABIC FEMALE. Can communicate effectively in Arabic and English language (oral and written) Preferably licensed Accountant or Accounting Graduate. Has minimum of 2 years of experience on accounts preferably with logistics/shipping/cargo forwarding companies Knowledgeable in utilizing accounting tools and software. Must be skillful in Tax/VAT policies, financial reports, audit and other account procedures as per government law Has a very keen and accurate attention to details. Flexible and trustworthy Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment **Duties** Prepare Shipping Documents such as Tax Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin etc. Process trade and shipping documents approval and issuance through different government portals like Dubai Municipality, Dubai Trade, Dubai Customs and related sites. Arrange accurate reports for tax & accounts required by management / government Plan and track the shipments according to customer requirements Respond to customer inquiries and refer clients to the appropriate channels Coordinate with internal and external key sources to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
