Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability without overstocking.
Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions in the ERP system.
Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and reconciliations with system records.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
Coordinate with procurement and sales teams for stock planning and forecasting.
Prepare and present regular inventory reports, including slow-moving and obsolete stock.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of stock in warehouses.
Assist in implementing inventory control procedures and continuous improvement practices.
Support audits and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Liaise with logistics and warehouse teams to manage incoming and outgoing stock.
Qualification
1. Must be a Commerce Gaduate
2. Good Experience in Tally & Odoo ERP
3. Minimum 3 Years Gulf Experience must
