Accountant cum Inventory Control & Procurement

to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily accounting transactions and ensure proper recording in the system. Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations. Assist in financial reporting, budgeting, and cost analysis. Ensure compliance with VAT, corporate tax, and other regulatory requirements. Monitor and maintain stock levels of medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, and consumables. Conduct regular stock audits, reconciliations, and variance analysis. Implement controls to prevent stock shortages, pilferage, or wastage. Maintain accurate inventory records in line with company and regulatory standards. Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality standards. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors. Raise purchase orders and ensure timely procurement of goods/services. Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to anticipate and fulfill purchasing needs. Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and DOH (Department of Health) guidelines.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, inventory control, and procurement (healthcare/clinic/hospital experience is an advantage). Strong knowledge of accounting principles, VAT, and corporate tax compliance in UAE. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems) and MS Excel. Excellent negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills. Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
