Accountant Cum Customer Service Representative (female)

Position Overview:


We are seeking a highly organized and proactive female professional to handle both accounting tasks and customer service responsibilities. In this dual role, you will play a vital part in ensuring smooth financial operations while also providing exceptional support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:



Accounting Duties:

Manage daily financial transactions and recordkeeping. Manage accounts payable/receivable.

Customer Service Duties:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person. Provide clear and accurate information about services. Resolve customer issues. Maintain and update customer records in our system. Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution. Provide excellent post-purchase support and follow-ups.

Qualifications:



Knowhow in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally) and MS Office Suite. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude and excellent problem-solving skills. Prior experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
