We are a high-end aesthetic clinic located in the heart of

, seeking a professional and experienced

Receptionist cum Customer Service Representative (Female)

to be the face and voice of our clinic. The ideal candidate must have

prior experience in an aesthetic clinic

, possess excellent communication skills, and be passionate about customer care.

Key Responsibilities

Greet clients warmly and professionally, providing a welcoming atmosphere Handle all front desk activities, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars for doctors and therapists Provide detailed information about clinic services, promotions, and procedures Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality Handle inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins in a timely and professional manner Assist with patient intake and follow-up communication Process payments and manage daily cash and card transactions Coordinate with medical and support staff to ensure seamless clinic operations Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and professional at all times Upsell clinic services and packages where appropriate

Requirements

Female candidates only (as per clinic policy)

Minimum 2 years experience in an aesthetic or dermatology clinic in a similar role

Presentable, polished, and professional appearance Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English is a must; Arabic is a plus) Proficient in MS Office and clinic software (e.g., EZClinic, Clinicea, or similar) Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and handle high-end clientele Positive, customer-focused attitude with a willingness to learn and grow Knowledge of aesthetic treatments, skincare products, and procedures is highly preferred
