Key Responsibilities: Preparation of Sales Invoices and relevant supporting documents. Maintain petty cash and staff claims on a timely basis. Update cash book on daily basis. Assist in month-end closing activities to ensure tally with financial statement. Perform monthly AR & Bank reconciliations statement. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned. Requirements: Certificate in Accounting or equivalent, fresh graduates are welcome. Experience in MYOB and ERP system will be advantageous. Good interpersonal and communication details.
