Abu Alnaga Contracting L.L.C is hiring a highly experienced
Accountant
with a strong background in the
construction or contracting industry in Dubai
. The candidate will be responsible for full-cycle accounting, project cost control, and ensuring compliance with UAE financial regulations, including VAT.
Arabic language proficiency is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, bank reconciliations, and ledgers.
Prepare financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Monitor and manage project budgets and expenses.
Ensure accurate VAT calculations and timely submissions.
Liaise with auditors and external consultants as needed.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
Minimum of 8 years of accounting experience
in a
construction or contracting company
in Dubai.
Deep knowledge of
UAE VAT laws
and project-based accounting systems.
Proficient in accounting software such as
Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems
.
Fluent in Arabic
; English proficiency is a plus.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
