Accountant (car Rental)
Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Car Rental Accountant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, preferably within the automotive or rental industry (with a knowledge in UAE Government policies in Car rental Industry), and will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills. You will be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, tracking rental income, and reconciling discrepancies in financial records. Responsibilities
Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable for car rentals. Prepare monthly financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets. Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial transactions. Monitor rental income and track vehicle depreciation. Assist with the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts. Conduct regular audits of the car rental accounts to ensure compliance and accuracy. Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve accounting practices.
