We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts & Administration Staff member to handle day-to-day financial transactions, invoicing, bookkeeping, and general administrative support. The role ensures smooth financial operations while assisting in the overall management of the office's daily activities.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts & Finance:
Prepare, issue, and manage customer invoices and receipts.
Record daily financial transactions in accounting software.
Maintain accurate ledgers, journals, and reconciliations.
Monitor accounts receivable and payable; follow up on outstanding payments.
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Support in budget monitoring and cost control.
Administration:
Handle day-to-day office management and coordination tasks.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and basic HR documentation.
Support procurement of office supplies, tools, and other essentials.
Manage filing systems (digital and physical) for invoices, contracts, and correspondence.
Coordinate with external vendors, service providers, and customers when required.
Qualifications & Skills
1-2 years of experience in accounts and office administration
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting/ERP software.
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and invoicing procedures.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Good communication skills (written and verbal).
Attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
Working Conditions
Full-time, office-based role.
May require occasional overtime during month-end or audit periods.
