Job Summary:

Team Safety Consultants is seeking a qualified

Accountant (Accounts Receivable / Debt Collection)

to handle client billing, collections, and accounting operations at our Abu Dhabi branch. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with

Zoho Books

,

UAE VAT & Corporate Tax compliance

, and

debt recovery

.
This role requires someone who can manage field visits for collections; therefore, a

valid UAE driving license and own car

are mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage

accounts receivable

and follow up with clients to ensure timely payments. Conduct

debt collection visits

and coordinate professionally with clients on overdue accounts. Maintain accurate accounting records in

Zoho Books

(invoices, receipts, reconciliation, reports). Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and assist in audits. Ensure compliance with

FTA VAT

and

Corporate Tax

regulations. Support management with financial insights and collection status reports. Coordinate with Sales and Service teams for billing and payment updates.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in

Accounting, Finance, or related field

.

3-5 years of UAE experience

in accounting and receivables/debt collection. Hands-on experience using

Zoho Books

is

mandatory

. Strong knowledge of

UAE VAT & Corporate Tax laws

. Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills. Must have a

valid UAE driving license and own car

. Ability to work independently and manage client field visits.

Preferred:

Experience in service-based or equipment-related industries. Knowledge of

WPS

, payroll, and UAE Labour Law processes.
