Job Title: Accounts Payable

Via Medica International Healthcare is seeking an Accounts Payable officer to join our team.
Job Summary:
Support the Financial Accountant in achieving KPI targets and strategic goals. Responsible for AP invoice booking, payments processing, reconciliation, and month-end closing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Book Trade/Non-Trade Payables with correct GL and analytical codes
Process timely and accurate payments, avoiding double-payments
Perform account allocation and maintain clean PTP balances
Liaise with Master Data and SLO for supplier and payment details
Reconcile vendor statements and ensure aged items are followed up
Handle internal and external AP inquiries promptly
Maintain proper records and assist in intercompany payments
Collaborate on banking matters, cash flow, and reporting
Requirements:
Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
Min. 5 years' experience in AP/accounting; MNC experience a plus
Proficient in Excel (XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), knowledge of SUN or Oracle preferred
Strong PTP knowledge, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines
