Job Summary
We are hiring an Accountant with 2-3 years of hands-on experience who can independently manage accounting tasks, prepare management reports, and handle intercompany accounting for a business with multiple companies/entities. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with minimal guidance.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate books of accounts for online e-commerce and offline retail and distribution business.
Handle intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and confirmations.
Prepare monthly management reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, KPIs).
Perform monthly closing activities and ensure timely reporting.
Manage AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and ledger reviews.
Support budgeting, cost tracking, and variance analysis.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and documentation standards.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external auditors if needed.
Requirements
2-3 years of accounting experience.
Strong experience in management reporting.
Prior experience in a multi-entity business with intercompany accounting.
Ability to work independently without frequent supervision.
Strong Excel skills.
Knowledge of accounting software/ERP (Odoo or QuickBooks).
Good communication and an ownership mindset with a bachelor's degree
