Auto Garage

experienced Accounts Specialist to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions, and providing support for budgeting and auditing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Record Management

: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts.

Accounts Payable and Receivable

: Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.

Reconciliation

: Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.

Financial Reporting

: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Tax Compliance

: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations and prepare necessary tax filings.

Data Entry

: Accurately enter financial data into accounting software and maintain the integrity of financial information.

Vendor Management

: Manage relationships with vendors and resolve any payment issues or discrepancies.

Payroll

: Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees.

Expense Management

: Track and manage employee expense reports and reimbursements.
Qualifications:

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience

: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an accounting or finance role.

Skills

: Proficiency in accounting software (Tally). Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Excellent communication skills, both written and verba

Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Experience:

* Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
