Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner.
Handle incoming calls, transfer to concerned departments, and take messages when required.
Maintain visitor logbook and ensure front desk area is neat and organized.
Coordinate with HR and Admin departments for staff or guest requirements.
Manage courier deliveries, mail distribution, and office supplies for front desk area.
Support administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
Ensure confidentiality and proper communication flow within the office.
Requirements & Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Diploma in Administration or related field preferred.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a receptionist or front desk representative.
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Presentable, polite, and customer-focused attitude.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Available to join immediately for temporary assignment.
Working Hours:
As per company policy / duty schedule.

Contract length: 1 month
Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED1,500.00 per month
