for Senior Accounts Manager:

Responsibilities:

Managing a team of accounting professionals, assigning tasks, and overseeing day-to-day operations

Developing and implementing accounting procedures and policies to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations

Overseeing financial statement preparation and analysis, as well as budgeting and forecasting activities

Reviewing and analyzing financial reports, identifying variances, and developing corrective actions as needed

Coordinating and managing audits, tax filings, and other financial compliance requirements

Providing guidance and support to other departments regarding financial issues and strategies

Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners

Participating in strategic planning and decision-making processes to ensure financial goals are met

Requirements:

Bachelor\'s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (Master\'s degree preferred)

CPA certification or other relevant professional certification

At least 7-10 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role

In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures, as well as relevant regulations and standards

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and make strategic recommendations

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels

Experience with accounting software and financial reporting systems

Ability to lead and manage a team, including delegating tasks, setting goals, and providing guidance and feedback as needed
