Responsibilities

Strong experience in sales and business development, in today\xe2\x80\x99s IT Services marketplace
Thorough understanding of the market and competitors\' offerings
Commercially astute and business focused
Demonstrable substantial and successful track record of IT (Services) Sales
Versatility and adaptability to the ever changing market and services
Ability to research, generate and actively pursue leads with prospective customers
Building and maintaining customer relationships
Engaging communication style
Professionalism in verbal and written communication
Managing unexpected issues and disputes

Requirements

Arabic speaking
Technical background
5+ years successful business-to-business experience in one or more of the following areas with a documented track record of success: Account Manager, Complex and Consultative Sales Environment within Software, Infrastructure and Services vendors
Solution selling experience in the IT services market within the infrastructure market
Excellent objection handling and negotiating abilities with formal sales training to Industry standard
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work alongside multiple team members & partners across large and diverse geographies \xe2\x80\x93 with associated willingness to travel primarily within Europe
Strong time-management and organization skills
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple streams of work simultaneously
Ability to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders
Highly resourceful & savvy when need arises to overcome barriers and objections
Proven record of meeting/exceeding established sales goals
Experience in network infrastructure solutions within the various markets.
Ability and willingness to travel (>50%).
Knowledge of the AV or KVM or Control Room Market AV could be an advantage

Desired Characteristics:

Education - university level degree or similar in a related discipline.
Technical qualification in the discipline of Engineering, Physics or IT or AV
Ability to translate technical product information into customer value propositions
Strong team player with the ability to work successfully in a multicultural organization
