We have an opportunity for a Senior Account Manager to join our Honeywell Performance Materials & Technologies (PMT) in KSA.
The Account Manager of Strategic Corporate Accounts is responsible for managing assigned Strategic Corporate Accounts (SCA) to deliver increased and sustainable value to global accounts and Honeywell.
Senior Account Manager Responsibilities Align HON to Clients priorities Align Honeywell’s capabilities to the client’s strategic and tactical business goals and objectives at all levels, from senior executives to operational personnel. Business Improvement Identify business improvement opportunities within the client’s operation(s) where Honeywell solutions may add value. SCA Customer Relationship Develop and sustain strategic relationships with clients at all levels, such that Honeywell’s solutions and services become, and are recognized as, strategic to the client. Solution Selling and Education Ensure that the value of Honeywell’s solutions are clearly understood and effectively communicated to all appropriate executives and personnel in the client organization. Networks & Contact Internal
Sales and Marketing organisational (including exec level support)
SCA / GMP Team / Account Manager General with EPC
Product and Customer Marketing team
Global EPC / Summit Account Structure
External
Direct and End Customers (at multiple hierarchical levels)
EPC Contracts across, Sales Operations, Procurement and Management
Industry Associations / Networking associations
Channel Partners and Agents
Supervisory Responsibilities

Qualifications: Education Required
Educated to a minimum of University Degree level or equivalent
Postgraduate Business Qualification is advantageous
2. Work Experience Required
Customer engagement at senior levels; building long-term strategic and executive relationships
Cross selling and consultative selling - experience with collaborating across both client and own organization to drive a One-Honeywell approach
Commercial expertise and experience.
3. Technical Skills & Specific Knowledge Required
Establishing and building credibility
Strong ability to develop and sustain customer relationships
Clearly articulate value and demonstrate how solutions map to a EPC and customer needs
Compelling presentation and communication skills
Manage and direct resources towards meeting clearly articulated account objectives
Closing the sale
Execute effective negotiation strategies and plans
Motivate others; high energy individual
Be optimistic and tenacious at the same time; while applying experience, and a positive attitude consistently to deliver bottom line results for Honeywell.
