Job Description
As an Account Manager at Guest Ready, your tasks will be: . Manage a portfolio of owners and be capable of addressing all their requests. . Work closely with our team of Account Managers in France. . Ensure owner satisfaction throughout their collaboration with us. . Collaborate with our business development team to ensure the successful onboarding of new accounts. . Contribute to process optimization. Profile: . 3-5 experience in customer relations is essential. . Excellent communication skills of both French and English (French is mandatory). . Ability to work with your own equipment. . Proficiency in interacting with clients confidently and amiably. . Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, work under pressure, and provide excellent customer service. . Skill in task prioritization and effective time management.
