One of our clients, a well-established worldwide trading corporation situated in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is searching for an Accounts Manager.

As an account manager:
Bookkeeping and financial transaction recording
Well verse with Tally accounting software.
Well verse with VAT documentation
ISO 9001: 2015 documentation and Auditing.
DUNS documentation and Auditing
Well verse with LCs and international trade documents.
Bank reconciliations
Cash Flow Management and statement
Renewals and statutory licensing - ICV, DUNS, ISO & others
Study financial instruments and present opinion reports - bonds, stocks, structured notes
Follow up on all receivables for early settlements
Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to bank accounts
Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting banking relationships
Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating bank contracts and agreements to maximize profit

knowledge about corporate taxation laws
Responsibilities
Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting bankingg relationships
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executives
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
Prepare reports on account status
Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Requirements and skills
Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Tally) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel and Word)
Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Sales or relevant field
Chartered Accountant (CA) must be qualified.
Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
