The Opportunity
This is not a traditional sales role. As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our key clients. You will manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring they receive maximum value from our IT services and distribution products. This role offers

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership:
Act as the bridge between Al Areej and our clients, understanding their business goals to recommend the right IT solutions.
Portfolio Growth:
Manage and grow existing accounts by identifying opportunities for service expansion and product distribution.
Contract Management:
Lead negotiations and oversee the renewal process for service contracts.
Technical Advocacy:
Work closely with our technical team to ensure that the solutions delivered exceed client expectations.
Market Liaison:
As a distributor, you will manage the flow of products from our partners to the end-users, ensuring a seamless supply chain experience.
What We Are Looking For
Industry Expertise:
1-3 years of experience
in IT Sales, IT Distribution, or IT Account Management is mandatory.
Relationship First:
A proven track record of building trust with stakeholders and maintaining long-term business relationships.
Consultative Approach:
Ability to move beyond "selling" and instead "advise" clients on technical requirements.
Growth Mindset:
A desire to work in a fast-paced, growing company where you can take ownership of your desk.
Education:
A degree in Business, Marketing, or Information Technology is preferred.
